(Guess what situation this narrator is in. Cute, right?)
Two Different Colored Shoes
Today, I decided,
against my better thought,
that I would not be normal,
or think before I jump.
It came down to a very simple action,
one that will confuse most;
on one foot I have a black sandal,
on the other a pink clog.
Different colored shoes
were all the style prior,
yet now it is expected
as an adult, instead of child,
to match foot to foot.
Well given my situation
with sight being hard
and coming child burden
I will stick to my guns
and wear on my feet
two completely different shoes.
Do not question me.
